Cost of Package:
100% of one month’s gross rent for up to 1-year (365 calendar days) leases OR 10% of total lease value for lease terms greater than 1-year (365 calendar days). Example: If a 1-year lease (365 calendar days) is secured at a price of $2,000 per month or $24,000 total lease value. The Broker's fee shall be $2,000, OR if a 2-year lease (730 calendar days) is secured at a price of $2,000 per month or $48,000 total lease value. The Broker's fee shall be $4,800.
What's Owed Upfront:
Nothing is owed upfront for this service package. We collect our fees once we secure a tenant for this service.

Owner is Responsible for:
- Managing the property outside of what is included in this service package.
- Keeping the home clean and habitable.
- Abiding by the additional terms and conditions specific for this service package.
- Responding timely to Broker.
- Allowing the Broker to conclude Broker responsibilities and obligations without interruption.
What's Required from Owner to Start:
It is important that when the Owner is purchasing this service package that the Owner takes their time to read and understand the terms of service for this package. Once the Broker procures a ready willing and able tenant the Owner must pay the Broker. The Broker shall automatically deduct its fee from the incoming gross move-in funds. While this is unlikely as Broker shall automatically deduct its fee from incoming gross move-in funds, if any remaining balance is owed to the Broker for this service, the Owner shall pay all balances due.
