Location is one of the most important aspects when it comes down to having a short-term vacation rental.


Brevard county, is a hidden gem for some real estate investors, but is it the place for Airbnb? Afterall is said and done, and you're all in, are you going to be making serious life-changing money or is it best to go somewhere else?

Homes that offer experiences for the occupants should be prioritized. Location. Location. Location. Examples of an "experience":

Finally, Mansions. Seriously though who doesn't like a good mansion party and event house?

I guess, in Brevard County, Florida size really does matter.

However 5-beds+ seemed to be making some serious bang for their bucks.

Not too shabby, but what really matters is the occupational rate.
